Users with active trials
Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to use an Invite Code to join a subscription while a trial is active. If your account currently has a trial period, you can either wait for the trial to expire or you can submit a support request and ask us to revoke your trial. Once your trial has expired/been revoked, you will be able to join the subscription by following the instructions above.

If you don’t already have an ActionableAgile account created, follow the steps under in the Create a New Account section of the page: https://55degrees.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ActionableAgile/pages/696353004/Start+a+New+Trial#Create-an-Account . Stop after you create the account. You do not need to create a trial. That will stop you from redeeming your invite code.
