EAP Program Participation

Who can participate in the EAP program?

We are currently accepting applications from organizations that have are existing customers of ActionableAgile for Azure DevOps customers.

How do we apply for the EAP program?

To apply for the EAP program, a user from the organization must submit a support request containing your Azure User ID. You can read about finding your User ID here.

Beta Features

Who can access the Beta features?

Everyone! Each user can decide whether to activate the features or not via the lab controls button. Activating the feature only has an action on the user who toggled the features on or off.

How to enable EAP and/or BETA Features?

To give you access we need your Azure userID, you can see what your userID is at any point when you’re logged in by . Let us know if all the users in your subscription should have access to the EAP or if you are applying for access for a subset of your users.

If we are adding access at the user-specific level, we will need the Azure User ID for every user that wants access. Any user can access their Azure userID is at any point by logging into Azure DevOps and pulling up this URL: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/_apis/connectiondata

We need the very first bit to identify youeach user: {"authenticatedUser":{"id":"cb3x53fa-588x-423a-8bb4-8a4898da0dxx". Please put that in the support request for every desired user. Once we have the information we will be able to give you access!the requested users access!

Do I need to do anything after I apply?

Not at this time! Once we add you to the EAP you can see all available features.
