Until the issue with Jira NextGen Projects and 3rd party reports is resolved, you have two options for getting your NextGen reports in ActionableAgile.
First, get to ActionableAgile through navigate through a non-NextGen project or this URL https://YOURDOMAIN.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/ac/aa.analytics/flow-analytics (replace YOURDOMAIN with your actual domain)
Change the project you are viewing within ActionableAgile itself.
