This guide will go through the processes of logging in and out of ActionableAgile.

Logging in without Google

  1. Go to the login page.

  2. There will be a form asking for an email address and a password. Enter your account’s email address and password in their respective fields.

  3. Click the blue Log In button. If your email address and password match an account, you should be logged into ActionableAgile. Otherwise, you will receive an error and will not be logged in.

Logging in with Google

  1. Go to the login page.

  2. Under the blue Log In button is a white button that says “Continue with Google”. Click on Continue with Google.

  3. If you have multiple google accounts on your browser or your google account does not have an ActionableAgile account, you will be taken to a page where you will need to choose a Google account. Click on the account that you wish to proceed with and enter the account’s password if it is requested. You should then be taken to the app.

Logging out of ActionableAgile

  1. In the navbar at the top of the application, find an icon that looks like a square with an arrow inside of it.

  2. Click that icon to be logged out of ActionableAgile. You will be sent to the login page.

Resetting a password

If you forget your password and for whatever reason cannot change it from inside the app, fear not. It is possible to reset your password from outside the app.

  1. In the login screen, there is a red button near the bottom of the form that says “Forgot your password?”. Click that button.

  2. A window will appear with a field asking for an email address. Enter the email address of the account who’s password you want to reset and submit by clicking “Send E-mail”.

  3. Check the email that you gave. You should receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click the link.

  4. In the window that opens, there will be a field asking for your new password. Enter what you want the password to become and click Save.

  5. You should be redirected back to the login page, where you can log in with your new password.
