We have no self-service way to transfer a subscription. However we have the following recommendations:
It is best to cancel your subscription and have the new subscriber sign up for their own trial followed by a paid subscription.
Generally we don’t provide refunds and, when you cancel, you retain access until the end of your payment period. However, for a yearly subscription, this is one situation in which we consider providing a partial refund. To request a partial refund for this reason, please reach out to us and let us know which new subscriber is effectively taking over your subscription.
If you have a multi-user subscription, the new subscriber will be able to re-invite people with an invite code from the new subscriptionUnfortunately transferring a subscription is not a one-step activity.
The subscription account ID is locked to the subscriber’s Azure authenticatedUserID and we are unable to change this to a new value. So, a new subscription must be made and we must migrate everything to it. Here are the steps for this to happen:
Existing subscriber (aka user manager): Remove the new subscriber/user manager from the existing subscription
New Subscriber: Start a new trial with the desired number of users (usually matching the user count of the existing subscription.)
New Subscriber: Generate an invite code and send it to the users so they can move to the new account. If you have issues or have a large number of users, please get in touch with us so we can do this manually.
Existing Subscriber: Cancel your subscription.
New Subscriber: Enter billing information for your new subscription.

Please note that we cannot transfer credit card data. The subscriber will have to add this information via the billing portal before the renewal date in order to avoid a disruption to the subscription. |
Partial Refunds
In some cases, upon request, we may provide a partial refund for the subscriber canceling their subscription during a transfer. In this case, there would be no credit applied to the new subscription and they would have to immediately add billing information to avoid a service disruption.

Users with Stakeholder access in Azure DevOps do not have permissions to view and edit Analytics views, for this reason they will not be able to use ActionableAgile. |
