3rd party reports are not available directly from NextGen Jira projects. This is a known issue filed with Atlassian. https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/ACJIRA-2049. |
Until the issue with Jira NextGen Projects and 3rd party reports is resolved, you have two options for getting your NextGen reports in ActionableAgile.
First, get to ActionableAgile through navigate through a non-NextGen project or
In Cloud you’ll see ActionableAgile in an Apps menu.
In Server or Data Center, you’ll see “ActionableAgile” directly in the navigation as there is no Apps menu option for these Jira instances.

Pull up this URL https://YOURDOMAIN.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/ac/aa.analytics/flow-analytics
on your browser, but replace YOURDOMAIN with
the actual domain of your Jira instance. Now bookmark this URL and you can reach it any time!
