What scope, you may ask? Sharing is caring, and to be able to share your forecast, we need to check that who you’re sharing has the correct permissions to view the data your sharing with them. |
To upgrade the scope, please have your Jira Admin navigate to the Settings drop-down menu and select Apps.

Under User-Installed Apps, find Portfolio Forecaster and select Update.

A confirmation window will then pop up with information about the upgraded scope and ask you to confirm your choice.
