Info

Currently, the Early Access Program is not in use.

On this page, you will find our EAP (Early Access Program) and Beta features which are available for testing before they are made available to everyone. This allows us to get critical feedback to ensure we make the best choices we can, taking into account user feedback before features go out to our full user base.

EAP Program Participation

Who can participate in the EAP program?

We are currently accepting applications from organizations that are existing customers of ActionableAgile for Azure DevOps.

How do we apply for the EAP program?

To apply for the EAP program, a user from the organization must submit a support request. Let us know if all the users in your subscription should have access to the EAP or if you are applying for access for a subset of your users.

If we are adding access at the user-specific level, we will need the Azure User ID for every user that wants access. Any user can access their Azure userID is at any point by logging into Azure DevOps and pulling up this URL: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/_apis/connectiondata

We need the very first bit to identify each user: {"authenticatedUser":{"id":"cb3x53fa-588x-423a-8bb4-8a4898da0dxx". Please put that in the support request for every desired user. Once we have the information we will be able to give the requested users access!

Do I need to do anything after I apply?

Not at this time! Once we add you to the EAP you can see all available features.

What features are currently being tested?

These can change at any time. You’ll always find the documentation here for features currently in beta.

  • New charts (current beta charts found in the sidebar to your left).

  • Azure saved data sets.

What if I have issues with features in Beta?

If you have issues with the features in Beta, revert back to using the standard version.

Beta is experimental so features there are not supported like our production application is. But, that doesn’t mean we don’t want to know about your experience. Please submit an issue via our support portal and make sure to let us know it has to do with the Beta feature.
