On this page you will find our EAP (Early Access Program) and Beta features which are available for testing before they are made available to everyone. This allows us to get critical feedback to ensure we make the best choices we can, taking into account user feedback, before features go out to our full user base.

EAP Program

Who can participate in the EAP program?

We are currently accepting applications from organizations who have ActionableAgile for Jira (Cloud) customers. We may expand this to Jira Data Center once the program successfully launches in Cloud.

How do we apply for the EAP program?

To apply for the EAP program, a user from the organization must submit a support request containing your ActionableAgile support entitlement number (SEN). Please contact your organization’s Jira administrator for help locating your SEN if necessary. Please note that your SEN for ActionableAgile is different than the SEN for your Jira instance itself.

Only one person from an organization need apply. We’ll let you know if/when your organization has been added to the EAP program and how your users can enable EAP features. There is no guarantee that all applicants will be added to the EAP program.

Everyone! Each user can decide to activate the features or not via the lab controls button. Activating the feature only has an action on the user who toggled the features on or off.
