We have a new data loader for accessing your Jira Boards for Data Center and Server!
To load your Jira On-Prem Board, navigate to Load a Jira On-Prem Board in the Load Data drop-down menu.
To access data in Jira Cloud, please use the Jira Cloud Board (OAuth) data loader.
Enter your company's domain and your credentials, and click VERIFY CONNECTION
If the Jira instance you would like to connect to is behind a firewall and inaccessible via the internet by ActionableAgile, you will not be able to connect.
