Queueing Stages
You use the Queueing Stages control to tell the chart which workflow stages represent waiting time.
When you first navigate to the chart there will be no queuing stages configured and you will get a message underneath the flow efficiency percentage letting you know that you need to configure queueing stages to get an accurate flow efficiency.
