We have no self-service way to transfer a subscription. However we have the following recommendations:

Single-User subscriptions

For single-user subscriptions, it is best to cancel your subscription and have the new subscriber sign up for their own trial followed by a paid subscription.

Generally we don’t provide refunds and, when you cancel, you retain access until the end of your payment period. However, for a yearly subscription, this is one situation in which we consider providing a partial refund. To request a partial refund for this reason, please reach out to us and let us know which new subscriber is effectively taking over your subscription.

Multi-User subscriptions

Please contact us with the request, including the name and email address for the person you’d like to transfer the subscription to. This person will be responsible for billing and for managing subscribers in the subscription. We will confirm with them that they accept this responsibility and we’ll set up a new subscription for them and migrate your managed users over to the new subscription once the new subscriber agrees.

Please note that your payment methods and subscription history will not be part of the new subscriber’s record. For the subscription to renew, they will have to enter new billing information and a payment method.
