Change your Billing Information
This guide will walk you through how to change the billing address and/or credit card information for your ActionableAgile subscription.
If you have not already created an account on our billing portal, you must do so before continuing. Please use the same email address you entered when you created your subscription so it will connect you to the correct subscription.
Jump to:
Click on the “Billing Portal” button in the top right. You’ll find it just to the left of the manage users button.
Once you click on that button you’ll see a notification dialog letting you know you are leaving the ActionableAgile app and entering our billing system.
Click on “Go to the portal.” This is a separate system and you’ll want to create a login with the same email address as your Azure user.
Once you create and log in to your account on https://55degrees.recurly.com, you can click on the “Edit” link in the top right corner of the “Billing Information” box. This box is found in the right column under your account balance.
Once you click edit, the Billing Information form will expand. If you already have billing information in our system, you will see if populated here.
Fill out all required fields in this form and click “Update”.
Celebrate! You’ve now updated your billing information for future subscriptions.
