Load a Jira Cloud Board (OAuth)
You can now access your Jira data using OAuth instead of the tokens of old! Our new wizard allows you to import your data in a more secure way. At the moment, it is only available for Jira Cloud Boards but we hope to add integrations to other tools in the near future!
To load your Jira Cloud Board, select Load a Jira Cloud Board (OAUTH).
To load a board from Jira Server and Data Center, please use our new Jira OnPrem Board loader.
Click on authenticate with oauth
Choose which site you want the app to be able to access and press Accept
Once the authentication is completed, press Close window which will send you back to https://labs.actionableagile.55degrees.se/ and the verification will happen.
Choose which data to load:
choose your instance (you can add more instances from here too!)
choose your board
refine the selection (optional)
Sometimes, work items can appear in the wrong column, which can be caused by how Standalone maps your data. Unlike our embedded Jira version, this one automatically maps the data according to how it is configured on your Jira Board.
If work items appear in the wrong column, there are a number of reasons why this could be. If any of your work items are in or have been through unmapped states on your Jira Board, migrated, or renamed/deleted states or columns, the tool cannot correctly track their workflow movement due to missing transition dates. The tool will try to map work items to their last known location; however, if this does not exist, it is likely they will be mapped to your first workflow stage. Make sure to check if you have any unmapped states on your Jira Board.
