Fixing Your OAuth Connection to ActionableAgile® Analytics
ActionableAgile® Analytics Standalone White Screen
Atlassian recently experienced (February 3rd 2026) an issue with their OAuth connection which has inadvertently caused users of ActionableAgile Analytics Standalone to experience a crash when trying to load their Jira Boards in our app as they authenticate via OAuth.
The following steps are how to fix this issue.
Fix the Issue
You’ll need admin access to manage apps on your Atlassian site.
Open the app and confirm the issue user
Open ActionableAgile Analytics Standalone: https://analytics.actionableagile.com/#page=dashboard
Confirm you see a white screen when you try to pick a Jira Board via the Jira Cloud Board loader.
Disconnect ActionableAgile Analytics from your Jira Instance Jira Admin
Go to Admin → Connected Apps.
Find ActionableAgile Analytics and click View App Details → Uninstall.
Reconnect and Re-Authenticate User
Navigate to ActionableAgile Analytics Standalone: https://analytics.actionableagile.com/#page=dashboard
Go to the Jira Cloud Board Loader and choose to authenticate the Jira instance you just disconnected from via OAuth.
Pick a Jira Cloud board from the drop-down list and load it into the app.
If the Problem Continues
If you still see a white screen after reinstalling:
Make sure you authenticated the correct site/environment.
Try opening the app in a private/incognito browser window.
Confirm that you accepted all requested permissions during sign‑in.
