Fixing Your OAuth Connection to ActionableAgile® Analytics

Fixing Your OAuth Connection to ActionableAgile® Analytics

ActionableAgile® Analytics Standalone White Screen

Atlassian recently experienced (February 3rd 2026) an issue with their OAuth connection which has inadvertently caused users of ActionableAgile Analytics Standalone to experience a crash when trying to load their Jira Boards in our app as they authenticate via OAuth.

The following steps are how to fix this issue.

Fix the Issue

You’ll need admin access to manage apps on your Atlassian site.

  1. Open the app and confirm the issue user

If the Problem Continues

If you still see a white screen after reinstalling:

  • Make sure you authenticated the correct site/environment.

  • Try opening the app in a private/incognito browser window.

  • Confirm that you accepted all requested permissions during sign‑in.
