Nov 19, 2020

  • Fixed bug in Flow Efficiency chart calculations.

Oct 14, 2020

Sep 22, 2020

  • This release adds in support for issues in non-english Jira Software instances that make use of the "Flag issue" feature.

  • We no longer require that any workflow stage with a name containing the word Backlog and/or Options be the first workflow stage.

  • We have also fixed an issue where the "Load issues created after X date" was in some cases always applied.

  • Performance fix: This release significantly reduces the data fetched by ActionableAgile for Jira in order to import custom fields. Only the Custom fields that have data on the issues are available to be selected from and it drastically reduces the size of the data payload returned from our queries.

Aug 26, 2020

  • Fixed bugs regarding Summary Statistics for the Cumulative Flow Diagram when using chart controls.

  • Fixed errant cursor label on Flow Efficiency chart.

  • Removed Beta text for Calendar feature on Monte Carlo simulations and made them visible by default.

  • Added clarifying text to Stability module on Dashboard.

  • Fixed Sprint data so each sprint is listed separately and can be filtered separately for items in multiple sprints

  • Added Last Sprint data point for items in multiple sprints.

Jun 15, 2020

  • Fixed bug so that Check for updates now respects the initial date limit setting from when you loaded the data

  • Started stripping out additional special characters from issue field names and values for extra security measures.

  • Fixed issues with uploading CSV in new Jira navigation experience

Jun 3, 2020

  • Updated the About ActionableAgile dialogue box contents so that the changelog URL points to the release notes for the Jira app and the version display is accurate.

  • We now support multiple fixVersions for a single Jira item. We show them as a list instead of showing only the first one.

  • We now add the project key to the item filter when loading from a board.

  • We increased the number of items we load at one time from 10 to 50 in order to speed up data loading.

  • Fixed bug with Heatmap workflow stage labels so that they are always accurate when you toggle them back and forth.

May 12, 2020

  • Removed caching on lists shown when choosing which project, board, or starred filter to load so that the list is always up-to-date.

  • Added links to ActionableAgile for Jira in the project navigation sidebar as well as the new top bar navigation to make it easier to find ActionableAgile within Jira.

    • When you access ActionableAgile from these new links, we are making use of your browser’s sessionStorage for your issue data instead of local storage as an extra security precaution. Because of this, any data stored should be evicted when you close your browser. However, your configurations are still kept in local storage so you do not have to reconfigure each time you load your data.

    • Note: The report view will continue to use local storage for now for your issue data. Also, for now, you still have to choose a project, board, or issue to load each time you access the app from the project’s side navigation bar.

May 4, 2020

  • Adds in support for the Version Picker (multi) custom field as an importable field.

  • Updated the "Check for updates" behavior so that it no longer attempts to perform a partial update of the data and instead does a full reload. This resolves previous user-reported issues such as deleted items showing up in the data after deletion.
