⚠️ Action Required: Upgrade ActionableAgile® Analytics ASAP

💡 Summary: Your team may be using an outdated version of ActionableAgile® Analytics. To keep using the app and access new features, your Jira admin must click update for the app by the end of support date for that version.

🔧 Why an Upgrade Is Needed

To introduce important new features and enhancements, we’ve released an updated version of ActionableAgile® Analytics. This update requires additional Jira Cloud permissions (scopes) and must be approved manually by a Jira admin.

Your current version is now outdated and will no longer be supported soon.

🔍 How to Tell If You're Using an Outdated Version

If you see a banner in the app telling you that you need to upgrade, then you're using an outdated version. Your Jira admin can confirm the version number and complete the upgrade. Admin guide

⛔ What Happens If You Don’t Upgrade

If the app isn’t upgraded your service will be disrupted. The app will be replaced with a webpage containing messaging that the app must be upgraded before you can use it again.

✅ How to Upgrade

If you're a Jira user:

Send your Jira admin this message:

"Hi! Our team needs to upgrade the ActionableAgile® Analytics app in Jira ASAP, or we’ll lose access to the application. Please go to Manage Apps and approve the upgrade. Thanks!"

If you're a Jira admin:

  1. Go to Jira → Manage Apps → ActionableAgile® Analytics

  2. Click Upgrade if prompted

  3. No reinstallation or data migration is required — just approve the new version
