Changing account details is an important part of most applications. With it, people can transfer accounts between email addresses, people can change their passwords, etc. ActionableAgile also allows people to change their account details. This guide will go through the process of changing an account’s name, email address, and password.
Changing your name and email address
In the navbar at the top of the app, there is an icon that resembles a head and shoulders. Click the icon.
In the dropdown menu that opens, click on My Account.
An Account Information window should open with the page My Details.
To change your name, change what is entered in the “Name” field. To change your email address, change what is entered in the “E-mail” field. You also need to enter your password in the “Current Password” field.
Click the blue “Update” button. The text “Update Successful” should appear under the update button.
Changing your password
In the navbar at the top of the app, there is an icon that resembles a head and shoulders. Click the icon.
In the dropdown menu that opens, click on My Account.
An Account Information window should open with the page My Details. In the sidebar, click on Password. The Change Password page should open.
Enter your current password in the “Current password” field and your desired password in the “New Password field”.
Click the “Change My Password” button. You should be redirected to the login page where you can log in with your new password.
