Today’s deployment addresses some issues found with the new data loader:
We now catch all of the historical workflow changes regardless of how many changes have been made to the work item (AFJ-930)
If you use the “only items resolved after” option during data set creation, your data will now include items that are in progress and not started. The date limitation will only apply to resolved items. (AFJ-919)
Dashboard Gadget: This changes to searching from named statuses (To Do, Done etc) to the numerical ones (10001, 10002, 10100) in order to support Team managed projects. This workaround is necessary due to a long-standing Jira bug: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-76118. When configuring the gadget you’ll still see status names. However if you click on the icon to pull up the issue filter, the JQL statement will have status IDs and not names.
Dashboard Gadget: Fixed issue with board id’s not being pulled properly when selecting a board.
ActionableAgile:
Resolved a bug in which uploading a CSV without a non-date column after the workflow stages resulted in a fatal error.
Cycle Time Summary Dashboard Gadget:
You can now control when we start the Cycle Time clock for work items by setting Not Started statuses in the gadget configuration.
When you download the CSV from gadget, it is now formatted so that it can be imported into ActionableAgile
When you open up the filter from the gadget to look at the issues in the Issue Navigator the date range in the JQL query is now relative. This allows you to use it going forward and even import the filter into ActionableAgile.
We resolved some corner case issues in which start and/or finish dates were being improperly calculated (for the gadget only)
Fixed a bug in the Cycle Time Dashboard gadget where items that moved started and finished in the same day weren’t being properly calculated.
Added the ability to download a CSV of the start and end date for each item used to calculate the cycle time for the dashboard gadget in order to facilitate better troubleshooting when there are questions about the calculations.
Released our first native Jira Dashboard gadget: ActionableAgile Cycle Time Summary. Read more about configuring the dashboard gadget!
Deployed a number of bug fixes in the beta Data Loader in preparation to move out of Beta.
Resolved JS errors showing up in logs generated by the Cumulative Flow Diagram
AFJ-572 Tooltips/hover on Heat Map did not show the correct column name
AFJ-582 Dot color settings were not being saved in localStorage
Auto-generating the copyright year
Fixed bug in new data loader in which loading a new data set erased one of your 10 starred data sets
Added more console logging to the new data loader to assist in troubleshooting of customer issues.
Adding alphabetical sort to list of data sources in the beta data loader
Temporarily removed pace percentile for individual items on the Aging WIP chart as the data would not update if the data selection for the chart changed.
Resolved issue that could cause Cycle Time Scatterplot and Throughput Run Chart not to render when changing time units.
Resolved issue that caused you to have to reload your data each time you come to ActionableAgile
Fixed issue where commas and other special characters in board column headers were breaking both the current board loader and the new data loader
Released bug fixes for new data loading beta feature
Fixed bug in which commas and other special characters in board column cause issues loading data (all problematic characters are now stripped out during data load)
Resolved issue where trend line setting was blocking data load when no done items exist.
Changed the new data loader link to be “Load Jira issues (beta)” as it now includes Projects and Filters as well as Boards.
