March 20, 2023

We are no longer treating ActionableAgile as a project report but as an app in the apps menu or project navigation. However, as some people may be used to going to the reports area to navigate to ActionableAgile, we are temporarily showing a message with the correct link and asking users to update their bookmarks.

March 3, 2023

Bug fixes:

  • In some situations, the data loader was having issues merging multiple statuses with the same name. This has been resolved.

  • We fixed some spacing issues in the new “Find a Data Set” screen and have renamed the dialog to “Find or Manage a Data Set.” Soon the dropdown option will be updated to match.

Improvement:

  • When you choose to create a data set from a board, and you’re searching for a board, we were looking for the board name with Atlassian’s standard keyword search. However, this caused issues when users have a dash in the name. This acted to exclude text after the dash. We have changed the search type to a string search to avoid this situation and make it easier to find boards.

  • In the “Find a Data Set” screen, we now display avatars of the data creator. This is another change in preparation of future data set sharing features¨.

February 28, 2023

Dark mode is back! 🌗 🎉 You can choose the option once again via the cogwheel dropdown.

Data Sets dropdown changes to prepare for sharing 🍻

  • The legacy loaders have finally retired! 🏖️ We thank them for their service but are happy they're gone.

  • Manage Data Sets is now called Find or Manage a Data Set as this is where you will find shared data sets in the future. You will also notice a new layout in this screen to prepare for a much larger list of data sets you’ll need to deal with once sharing is implemented in Cloud

  • While we continue to show your 10 favorite data sets directly in the dropdown, you can see the most recent non-favorite in the 'Other' flyout menu.

Other changes

  • We have released a fix for a bug linked to tickets being created and directly added in a non-backlog workflow stage which caused ActionableAgile to not calculate the age properly.
