This guide will go through the process of changing an the name, email address, and/or password associated with your ActionableAgile account.
If you are using Google to authenticate with ActionableAgile, you can’t change your account details in the app, but you can view them.
What do you want to change?
In the navbar at the top of the app, Click the icon that resembles a head and shoulders.
Choose “My Account” from the dropdown that appears to navigate to the Account Information modal window.
Then click the link below for the item want to change and follow the instructions:
Name and/or email address
To update Name or E-mail, change the information in either field, enter your current password and click the “Update” button.
The text “Update Successful” should appear under the update button if everything was saved correctly.
Password
Click on “Password” in the left nav of the modal window.
Enter your current password in the “Current password” field and your desired password in the “New Password field”.
Click the blue “Change My Password” button.
The text “Password updated” should appear under the “Change My Password” button.
