In case you need a 3rd party to access your subscription ie: your finance department to receive billing notification or a 3rd party to purchase on behalf of a customer, here a the steps to follow to set it up:
Create an account
The subscriber needs to create an account in ActionableAgile: Create an Account
The subscriber manages the account, this means that if there are multiple users on the subscription this person will be only one able to invite, add and remove users.
2. Start a trial
The subscriber starts a trial: Start a New Trial
3. Edit account information
To add the new email address of the 3rd party person, please contact us at support@55degrees.se and provide the email address to add.
Once we have added the email address, this person will now be able to access the account to receive subscription information and change the billing details. Here is our guide to change the billing information:Change your Billing Information
Changing the email address receiving the notifications does not affect who the manager of the account is. The subscriber who created the account remains manager of the account. the original email address would then be changed to be in cc.
