Inspekt now displays the below reports directly on your Jira issues:

  • Cumulative Time in Status

  • First Entered

  • Last Entered

  • Frequency

You can now access Inspekt from your Jira issues to look at a specific ticket or sprint, project, or filter.

Inspekt received a makeover which includes:

  • a new table grid with more flexibility (reorder columns, items within columns…)

  • parent field is now supported

  • the date format can now be changed

  • We fixed the Assignee report which would sometimes show JSON for certain fields

  • Pressing configure on reports while loading data does not cause errors

  • We now support pressing enter to search filter

  • We updated our code libraries and other dependencies to ensure continued app security

  • We updated rendering issues on the data download reports for certain issue fields

  • We fixed an issue with date range filtering on the data download reports.

  • We fixed a bug in which the timestamp and duration reports weren’t showing correct data for Jira issues with over 100 changes in the change log.

  • Workflow Patterns report issues regarding readability of the diagram were resolved:

    • FLOW-90 Workflow patterns: Having a new unused status leading to visual bug

    • FLOW-80 Sankey Diagram is unreadable

  • Data Download reports (from Issue Navigator) underwent a first round of performance improvement updates, a UI update, a total column for the duration report, and the addition of refining the chosen filter by date range on all reports:

    • FLOW-81 Data takes too long to load

    • FLOW-89 Progressbar for reports

    • FLOW-101 Report: No issues found - show no issues page

    • FLOW-68 Data Download report dropdown improvements

    • FLOW-69 Frequency Report: Cut out the “number of times” text in column headers?

    • FLOW-41 Ability to choose a date range with a date condition

    • FLOW-71 Can we add a column on the duration report for total duration (all states)

This release updates Inspekt for Jira to be on a new hosting infrastructure. As part of this we have enhanced some of the views (such as the project flow efficiency to be on a per user basis).

We have removed the Flow Efficiency Glance on issues as Flow Efficiency is a good indicator for overall process health but not at the individual issue level.

This release updates how the Webhooks are sent to Inspekt for Jira when an issue is updated or created so that the issue glance is updated in near real time.
