General App

When users attempt to access the app, they encounter a "no access" error page, despite the app being visible in the dropdown menu.

Please reach out to our support team and include a HAR file in your message.

When users attempt to access the app, they encounter a licensing error page, despite the app appearing in the dropdown menu.

When a user attempts to access a URL, they encounter a 404 error.

The page has been deleted, likely by an administrator.

Group Forecast Page

I am unable to access a page that I have been granted permission to view.

There was an issue with storing the information in the backend.

There was user error: the user failed to select the "save" option in the permissions view.

There was user error: the user is not a member of the group to which the permission was granted.

Please provide the URL for the forecast so we can retrieve the ID.

Please ask the page administrator to supply an image of the sharing dialog.

If the content was shared with a group, please ensure that the user is indeed a member of that group.

Users may encounter persistent loading issues on the forecast page.

Additionally, the Re-Forecast feature is unavailable while the page is still loading.

The job of generating forecasts is currently blocked, preventing users from re-forecasting.

Please provide the URL that includes the ID for the forecast.

Please provide the approximate time when it was triggered.

User receives a notification at the top stating, "New changes to the configuration."

The new configuration does not trigger a forecast update while the forecast is being generated.

Select the re-forecast option.

Users can only select one specific day for the forecast, without the option to view multiple versions of the forecast for that day.

It is not possible to view multiple forecasts from the same day.

Known issue - no additional information needed.

User reports an issue where the configuration for the new forecast is appearing in the old forecasts.

We do not retain previous versions of the configuration; we only maintain the current version.

Please review the information box and confirm whether the details appear accurate.

Please submit a query that demonstrates the completion of 10 or more matching items.

Please provide screenshots of your configuration, ensuring to include whether overrides are toggled on.

On the forecast page, a banner indicates that no likelihoods or forecasts will be displayed until at least 10 items have been completed.

The current configuration is overly restrictive.

Select the re-forecast option.

If the above does not work:

Please provide the approximate time when it was triggered.

A recent forecast was initiated some time ago, yet it remains unavailable on the forecast page.
