IIf you want to To join an existing paid subscription, you will need to get an invite code from the owner of the subscriptionsubscriber. Once you have that invite code, you will need to apply that invite code to your account. This guide will tell you exactly how you can use your invite code to join a subscription.

Create an Account
If you don’t already have an ActionableAgile account created, follow the steps in the Create a New Account page. Stop after you create the account. You do not need to create a trial. That will stop you from redeeming your invite code.
Redeem an Invite Code
Without having started a trial
You will now be sent to a page that says “No Subscription Found”.

Agree to the End User License Agreement by checking the checkbox then click the button that says “Enter an Invite Code”.

You will be sent to the app and logged in so you can join a subscription. You will see a message that no subscription has been found for you. To continue, there are 2 steps:

If you have an account without an active Trial
Go to the login page at https://actionableagile-subscriptions.firebaseapp.com and log in with the account you wish to subscribe with. You should be sent to a page that says “No Subscription Found”.
Agree to the End User License Agreement by checking the checkbox then click the button that says “Enter an Invite Code”.
A window should have appeared with a text field that says “Invite Code”. Enter your Invite Code in the text field and then click the Redeem Invite Code button in the bottom right of the window.
If you have an account with an active trial
Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to use an Invite Code to join a subscription while a trial is active. If your account currently has a trial period, you can either wait for the trial to expire or you can submit a support request at https://55degrees.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2 and ask us to revoke your trial. Once your trial has expired/been revoked, you will be able to join the subscription by following the instructions for existing accounts without an active trial.

When you have started your own trial
Once your trial has started, you will see the below yellow banner at the bottom of your screen, you can then decide to upgrade (purchase your own subscription) or join someone else subscription via an invite code.

Ask the user manager of subscription you wish to join to provide you an invite code. Once you have the code, click on “Have an invite code”? the below window will open. You can then copy/paste the invite code in the dedicated box.

Your “previous” trial will automatically be closed and you will receive a confirmation via email.

You will now be added to the subscription and will be able to access the full features of the app while the subscription is valid and you remain an active user in the account.
