Join a Subscription via an Invite Code

To join an existing paid subscription, you will need to get an invite code from the subscriber. Once you have that invite code, you can then use it to join that subscription and use ActionableAgile.

Create an Account

If you don’t already have an ActionableAgile account created, follow the steps in the Create a New Account page. Stop after you create the account. You do not need to create a trial. That will stop you from redeeming your invite code.

Redeem an Invite Code

Without having started a trial

You will now be sent to a page that says “No Subscription Found”.

You will be sent to the app and logged in so you can join a subscription. You will see a message that no subscription has been found for you. To continue, there are 2 steps:

Check the box confirming your agreement to the EULA (after you read them!)
Click the “Enter a Invite Code” button

Enter your Invite Code in the text field and click the “Redeem Invite Code” button

When you have started your own trial

Once your trial has started, you will see the below yellow banner at the bottom of your screen, you can then decide to upgrade (purchase your own subscription) or join someone else subscription via an invite code.

Ask the user manager of subscription you wish to join to provide you an invite code. Once you have the code, click on “Have an invite code”? the below window will open. You can then copy/paste the invite code in the dedicated box.

Your “previous” trial will automatically be closed and you will receive a confirmation via email.

Start using ActionableAgile!

You will now be added to the subscription and will be able to access the full features of the app while the subscription is valid and you remain an active user in the account.
