In ActionableAgile, the person who initiates the subscription is the person who has the ability to manage users of that subscription (aka the User Manager). But, that’s not always the same person who needs to manage billing information!

If you have the ability, we suggest that you add the billing information for this party to your subscription to keep things simple. If you absolutely cannot do that, then follow the instructions below to change who manages your account/subscription without removing your ability to manage the users in the subscription.

Create an account

To create an account, go to https://analytics.actionableagile.com/ and follow the easy steps to set up your account.

You have the opportunity to either use google authentication or email/password method:

Start a trial

Now that your account is created, you need to start a trial.

The subscriber manages the users for the account. For this reason, the person you wish to be the user manager needs to start the trial. This means that if there are multiple users on the subscription this person will be only one able to invite, add and remove users.

Update the email address in the billing portal

Go to our billing portal, https://55degrees.recurly.com, and create an account that using the exact email address associated with your ActionableAgile user. This will ensure we find the right subscription!

Login with those new account credentials and change the email address to the person who will be managing the subscription and billing information.

You will no longer receive emails from our billing system regarding the subscription. If you would like to continue receiving this communication, please reach out to our support desk and ask to be added as a CC on the account.

Have the new billing contact log into the billing portal

The new billing contact goes to our billing portal, https://55degrees.recurly.com, and clicks on “Create an account”

Once the new billing user has logged into the account, they can add or change billing information.If they do this by the end of the trial, the trial will convert automatically to a paid subscription. If not, once they add billing information, then follow the instructions to purchase a subscription from an expired trial.

This new billing contact will be the person who is now responsible for the subscription - except for managing users. That will still be tied to who created the ActionableAgile and started the trial.

If billing information is added during the trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial.

If the trial has already expired, you can add billing information here and then follow the instructions to purchase a subscription from an expired trial.
