This guide will walk you through the process of purchasing an ActionableAgile subscription for any number of users.

Domain-wide licensing vs. Per-Seat Licensing

This document is written for those purchasing licenses for one or more individual users (aka per-seat licensing).

It is possible to purchase a domain-wide license so that anyone within an email domain can create an account and be automatically authorized for the tool. This means you won’t have to manage users for a specific number of seats. The cost of the license is highly-dependent on the number of folks in your domain. So, if you’re interested in this model, please reach out to us via a support request to get a quote.

It matters who purchases the subscription (Per-Seat Licensing)
The person who purchases the subscription will be the manager of the users in that subscription. If someone else should manage the billing, have them purchase the subscription and then provide you with an invite code so that you can join a subscription.

Purchase from an Active or Expired Trial

Log in to ActionableAgile.

At the bottom of the app, there will be a yellow bar with a button that says either Buy Now or Upgrade, based on the status of your trial period. Click the button!

A window should open asking you how many users you want and which payment plan you want. Do the following on this page:

  • Enter the number of users you want to purchase a subscription

  • Choose a subscription length of monthly or yearly.

Choose carefully, to change this information you’ll need to contact support.

Fill out the form with all relevant billing information. If you are using ActionableAgile as the employee of a company, enter the Company’s name and their VAT number if applicable. This will ensure that tax exempt businesses in the EU aren’t charged tax. If you have a promo code, this is also where you enter it.

A confirmation screen will appear, telling you what you are buying and how much it will cost. If everything seems in order, click “Buy Now” in the bottom right corner to confirm the purchase.

Check your email. You should receive an invoice confirmation of the new subscription.

Purchase directly, without a trial

Right now you need to go through the steps to Start a New Trial and then follow the directions on this page to purchase from an active trial.

Adding users to a subscription

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to increase the number of users on a subscription directly through the app at this time. To increase the number of users, contact support.
