Is Your Issue a Known Bug?
First, check out our Known Issues page to see if you are experiencing something we have identified and are working on.
Having Data-Loading Issues?
First check to make sure that there are no local problems causing your data-loading issues:
Check to make sure you can access https://actionableagile.55degrees-apps.net in your network, ask your IT department to make sure it is not blocked.
Make sure that your browser settings allow 3rd party cookies and that you allow cookies and local storage to be set by https://actionableagile.55degrees-apps.net.
If there’s no networking or browser settings issue, we will almost always need you to help with troubleshooting data-loading issues, including, but not limited to the following actions:
provide information on any javascript errors from your browser’s developer console.
generate and provide a HAR file
If you have a data-related issue, adding these to your support request upon creation will speed up our troubleshooting process.
Having Data-Integrity Issues?
Is your data not showing as you’d expect? Common reasons behind mismatched expectations are:
not understanding how ActionableAgile handles work that moves backwards in the workflow.
If the above doesn’t help, please add the following information to your support request to get us started:
A description of why it doesn’t match your expectations.

Please enter a support request with as much detail as possible. Consider adding the following:
What you experienced
What you were doing when you experienced it
What you expected to see
Any screengrabs you can take of the problem
Any JS errors that your browser shows in the JS console
