When contacting us for support, it is necessary to provide your ActionableAgile Support Entitlement Number (or SEN), so that we can provide you the best possible level of service. You can find your SEN easily using one of the following methods:

Jira Administrator permission is required to complete this task. If you don't have this permission, please contact your product administrator. 

Find Your SEN in an Atlassian Server & Data Center Product

Your SEN (Support Entitlement Number) can be found under the Manage apps section of the global Jira Administration page:

  1. Click on Jira Administration cog icon.

  2. Select Apps.

  3. On the left-hand menu, click on Manage apps.

  4. Find the app in the list.

  5. Click on the arrow next to it to open its tab.

  6. This will load your app details, where you can find your SEN number.

Find Your SEN in an Atlassian Cloud Product

Your SEN (Support Entitlement Number) can be found under the Manage apps section of the global Jira Administration page:

Click on Jira Settings.

  1. Select Apps.

  2. Click on Manage apps.

  3. Find the app in the list.

  4. Click on the arrow next to it to open its tab.

  5. This will load your app details, where you can find your SEN number.

Find your SEN on My Atlassian

  1. Navigate to https://my.atlassian.com and log in with your Atlassian account.

  2. Search for the ActionableAgile app.

  3. If you are listed as a Technical Contact or Billing Contact on your license, the license is shown in the resulting list, and you can find your SEN from there.
