I can’t load ActionableAgile
This is usually caused by blocked network access, blocking 3rd party cookies and local storage usage, or using extensions such as ad blockers. Please walk through the following troubleshooting steps:
Check your network
Load https://actionableagile.55degrees-apps.net. If you cannot load this page outside of Jira, then your network is blocking access to ActionableAgile.
You will need to have your networking team open up port 443 for browsing on the following domains to use the app:
Optionally, please have tehm open up port 443 for browsing on the following domains:
https://browser.sentry-cdn.com (for error reporting)
https://jsd-widget.atlassian.com (for feedback collection)
Check your browser settings
Make sure that your browser settings allow 3rd party cookies and local storage to be set or that you allow cookies and local storage to be set by https://actionableagile.55degrees-apps.net. How do I do this?
Check your browser extensions
Turn off any ad blockers to see if this resolves your problem.
If none of those steps solve your problem, contact us and provide the following information, at minimum, to help with troubleshooting your data-loading issues:
copy and paste any javascript errors from your browser’s developer console. How do I find this?
generating and providing a HAR file generated when you load the page. How do I do this?
I get errors when loading data in ActionableAgile

My data looks different than I expected
Common reasons behind mismatched expectations are:
not understanding how ActionableAgile handles work that moves backwards in the workflow.
When loading a board, the board mapping doesn’t account for all workflow stages the item has been through. Try loading via the filter used by the board and manually mapping the all historical workflow statuses used to see if this resolves your problem.
If the above doesn’t help, please add the following information to your support request to get us started:
A description of why it doesn’t match your expectations.
