Disabling Fields for ActionableAgile Analytics

This guide is here to help Jira Admins with the steps needed to disable certain fields for ActionableAgile Analytics in Jira.
In ActionableAgile, there's a nifty feature that automatically fills in several fields from Jira as default selections during the initial data-loading process.
However, some users have suggested that it might be helpful to give Jira Admins the power to pick which fields should be set as defaults. This enhancement would enable them to leave out certain fields, like Assignee or Reporter, based on their company’s preferences.
To disable fields for ActionableAgile in Jira Cloud, navigate to the Apps page in your Jira Cloud instance and select Configurations under ActionableAgile Analytics.
Under Available Configurations, you’ll see Block Fields From App Use. Select which fields (you can select multiple) you do not want users to be able to bring in and filter by in ActionableAgile Analytics.
Once you have chosen the fields you wish to block, they will no longer be available to view or filter by in ActionableAgile Analytics.
Please note that disabling fields will affect both new and current data sets.
Previously created data sets that have used now-blocked fields will simply have them removed. The data set will otherwise remain intact.
If you want to allow fields that have been previously blocked to be used again, simply remove them from the list in Block Fields From App Use, and users will be able to make use of them again.
